Obituary for Sybil Bullock Davis

At 3:05 am Thursday, May 9, Sybil Bullock Davis of Hattiesburg, MS met Jesus face to face. Her remaining sisters, Frances Cash (Nashville TN) and Charlotte Bearden (Olathe, KS) and all four of her children were with her as she passed peacefully surrounded by love. She was 90 years old and loved the Lord. She is whole and happy today. We are glad we had her so long in our lives. We were blessed.
Mrs. Davis was a member of First Baptist Church of Glendale for over 65 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mackie Davis and her parents, Bessie and Bartie Bullock of Sharon, MS.
She is survived by four children, Chuck (Gayle) Davis of Spartanburg, SC; Randy (Michele) Davis of Hattiesburg; Dianne (Gerald Wade) of Stockbridge, GA; and Kenneth “Andy” Davis of Liberty. She leaves four precious grandchildren, Brooke (Larry) LeBlanc, Holli Brown Bradford, Blake (Mollye) Davis, and Haley (David) Chaney; four great grandchildren, Mary Lindsey LeBlanc, Luke LeBlanc, Hazel Bradford, and Mary Kate Chaney.
Services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, May 10, 2019 at Moore Hattiesburg Chapel.
