Obituary for Hazel L. Scarborough

Hazel L. Scarborough, 90, of Petal, died Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Bedford Care in Hattiesburg-Monroe Hall. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the Petal Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with interment in Hillcrest Cemetery to follow.
Mrs. Scarborough was a member of Green’s Creek Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Percy Scarborough; her parents, Brady and Emma Cunningham, and two sisters and seven brothers.
She is survived by a daughter, Virginia (William) Pittman of Columbia; a son, Percy Wayne (Althea) Scarborough of Petal; three grandchildren, William (Natalie) Pittman, II of Oak Grove, Susan (Brooks) Wallace of Picayune, Lauren Elizabeth Scarborough of Midland, TX; five great-grandchildren, Anna and Caroline Pittman, Andrew, Connor, and Luke Wallace.
Visitation for Hazel will be 10 a.m. until service time Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the Petal Chapel of Moore Funeral Home.
